Individual Therapy

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who find themselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. Others come to therapy with a specific challenge, while some simply have a sense that something in their lives no longer feels sustainable.

Common Areas of Focus:
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Depression and mood concerns
  • Relationship challenges
  • Family relationships
  • Changing family dynamics
  • Grief and loss
  • Women’s Issues
  • Identity development and belonging
  • Life transitions and major decisions
  • Perfectionism
  • High Achievement
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Caregiving and chronic illness

Couples, Premarital & Relationship Therapy

Many couples come to therapy because they feel like they’re having the same argument over and over. In my experience, it’s often not the disagreement itself that’s repeating, but an underlying pattern of relating. Together, we’ll slow those moments down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

One of my first goals is helping partners communicate openly without becoming defensive or feeling like they have to win. As conversations become safer, couples often understand one another more deeply, feel more connected, and become better able to decide—together—what they want their relationship to look like.

Couples Commonly Seek Therapy To:
  • Improve communication
  • Break recurring patterns of conflict
  • Strengthen connection, intimacy, and rebuild trust
  • Navigate differences in intimacy
  • Work through parenting challenges
  • Major life transitions
  • Rebuild after betrayal or infidelity
  • Navigate separation or divorce

Psychological Assessments

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do, it’s understanding why something feels difficult in the first place.

Whether you’re seeking answers for yourself or your child, a comprehensive psychological assessment can provide greater clarity, diagnostic understanding, and practical recommendations for moving forward. My goal isn’t simply to determine whether you meet criteria for a diagnosis, but to understand the whole picture, your strengths, challenges, history, and life experiences.

Common Reasons People Seek an Assessment
  • ADHD
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Learning differences
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Greater self-understanding
  • Executive functioning concerns
  • Diagnostic clarification
  • School or workplace accommodations
  • Treatment planning
